‘I live in West Yorkshire with my husband Peter and daughters Emma & Beth. Working life before kids was mostly in local radio sales, followed by several very special years as a full-time mum, then twelve years in direct sales – nine as a Sales Manager.* I loved growing and supporting a fantastic team, but often found a lack of products to back me up …

So a ‘middle-age gap year' later, a big nudge from my good friend Annie (!), the precious continued support of my lovely family, and last but definitely not least getting together with Jo … all combined to see us in this exciting venture aiming to help fill this gap.

My goal is to have an enjoyable and successful home-business that uses my knowledge and creativity to bring original, desirable and affordable mini cards and gifts to anyone in a supporting role, helping them to inspire and motivate others. Most of all, I love the thought of these cards and gifts bringing pleasure to all their recipients - the pleasure that comes from the knowledge that someone recognises us, supports us and values us for who we are, and for what we achieve.’

‘Originally recommended to Christine to design our character cards (thanks Eileen!), I became the creator of our cute little card character ‘FABIO'. It quickly became evident that a partnership was the perfect way forward and this venture feels so right as it brings together my past experience and skills.

I've been an artist for as long as I can remember, and I am now living my dream of working for myself from home, running the design and illustration company Refreshing Web Design. My passion for web design came in to its own in building this site – I hope it shows. In fact I hope our enjoyment in working together to help ‘inspire the inspirers' comes across in our products too!

I have also been in direct sales as a Body Shop Consultant and I was a Weight Watchers Manager where I loved being in a supportive role. My other passions in life include doing portrait commissions, gardening, socialising ... and all this whilst being a single mum to a lovely, lively, little boy Matthew.‘
