Motivational Mini Cards & Gifts
... because motivated people make more happen

Tips on Mini Cards
"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around”
Leo Buscaglia
To make your message more effective in a card
SAY WHO
- make it more personal by using the person's name, and
SAY WHY
- make it more meaningful by saying just why you're sending it

e.g. In a 'You're a Star' Card
sent just after a meeting
(remember the spontaneity!):
'Best Wishes, Your Name'
is fine but...
'Sam, Your input at yesterday's meeting was brilliant!
Best Wishes, Your Name'
… is so much better.
"Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish"

Just attach with sticky tape,
or punch a hole through the
corner and tie on with
gift ribbon.
"I consider my ability to arouse enthusiasm among men the greatest asset I possess. The way to develop the best that is in a man is by appreciation and encouragement"

Keep these
‘KISS’ acronyms in mind to
make your cards count

You could use any mix of the mini card ranges to count for the scheme, or just a particular range …. the new Inspired cards are ideal for this.

10 mini cards : £5 voucher
… or whatever, as appropriate
